What You Should Know
L.A. naturals uses a fairly common list of ingredients to help you
lose some extra water weight. The uncommon thing about L.A. Naturals is
that it comes in a 1 oz bottle. You are to take 30-60 drops in water or
juice, 2-3 times a day, or as needed. It seems like it would be a
tedious task counting out 30-60 drops 2-3 times a day whenever you want
to take this product. Also, this product seems to not be all that potent
if you can take twice as much and as much as needed. Lets take a look
at the L.A. Naturals formula to see what it contains.

Final Thoughts on LA Naturals Diuretic
Overall this product contains some good diuretic ingredients but the
question is whether or not the route of taking this product is all that
effective. Another problem is that the company does not tell you the
percentages of ingredients. This makes it difficult to really know how
much you are getting. On top of that counting out 30-60 drops each time
seems like quite a task. Also, I can’t imagine a one ounce bottle to
hold that many drops. If there were percentages in the ingredients list I
might recommend trying this product, because it contains a number of
good ingredients, but the method of taking this supplement and with no
way of knowing how much your are getting, I just can’t recommend it.
