To answer the question above, that will depend on whether you are shredded to begin with. Because if you are anything like me then I highly doubt it. This product will pull off some extra water weight and make you look a litter thinner though. But unless you are already fairly ripped you won’t become shredded just by taking this product. S.A.N.’s Shredded is one of the better diuretics out there though. This product is not quite in the top 5 diuretics but it is in the top ten. Because of the strength of this product I would recommend being careful with it and avoid taking more than is recommended. This product should only last you about 3 days and then I wouldn’t recommend taking any more for at least another month.

Shredded is strictly a water reduction supplement. This product is the type that bodybuilders take before they have a competition to get ripped. Shredded is close to being in the top five diuretic supplements but it just doesn’t contain a top notch formula. Some of the ingredients in shredded S.A.N.’s went a little overboard on. This is not a good product for people who don’t like taking caffeine, because there is quite a bit of caffeine found in this product. Just remember to not overdue this product and you should be fine if you decide on taking it.
